Eligibility Criteria (Must Qualify)

Cases may qualify if the following conditions are met:

• The individual was under the age of 18 when the abuse began
• The abuse involved sexual acts such as penetration, oral contact, or inappropriate touching
• The responsible party held a position of authority, trust, or supervision
• Additional communication or contact may have occurred on another platform after the initial interaction

Requirements

• If the individual is still under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf
• Basic details of the incident must be provided during intake
• Willingness to participate in follow-up communication if needed

Disqualify If Only

• No sexual contact or inappropriate behavior occurred
• Interaction was limited to non-sexual communication only
• The individual was 18 or older when the incident began
• The case is already represented by an attorney for the same matter
